Shipping Policy
Orders are handmade to order and are typically completed within 5–7 business days before shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Currently we ship to United States addresses only.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I'll help work toward a resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Because every Mythic Moon Nails set is handmade specifically for your order, custom-made, and intended for personal use, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each set is created after your order is placed and cannot be restocked or resold.
If there's a problem
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order:
arrives damaged,
is significantly different from the product you ordered,
or has a genuine sizing issue despite accurate measurements,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery before leaving a review. Include your order number and clear photos and/or video of the issue.
We'll review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect sizing
We provide several sizing options, including a detailed Sizing Guide, standard sizing, sizing kits, and custom measurements to help you achieve the best fit.
Customers are responsible for selecting or providing accurate sizing information. If you're unsure before ordering, please contact us—we're happy to help.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled by the customer before production begins.
Once work has started on your handmade set, cancellations may no longer be possible because materials and labor have already been committed to your order.
Because every order is individually handmade, there may occasionally be circumstances that prevent us from completing an order as intended. In those situations, Mythic Moon Nails reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment. This may include material shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from creating a product that meets our quality standards.
Shipping issues
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been mishandled during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Other Platforms
Orders placed through Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other third-party marketplaces may also be subject to the policies and buyer protections of those platforms where applicable.

Minor variations are normal because every set is individually handmade. Small differences in brushstrokes, placement, or embellishments are part of the handmade process and do not affect the overall design or quality.
